About Michael
I started my first business in my garage with almost no money, just an idea and a camera.
Over the next 22 years, I grew it from zero to three and a half million dollars in annual sales. We never had a losing year, always made payroll, and kept our team together through some tough seasons.
That experience taught me what actually makes a business run.
Not motivation. Not hustle. Systems. Clear processes. Smart decisions. And a team that can operate without the owner being pulled into everything.
After selling the company, I stayed through two ownership transitions and saw firsthand what it takes to scale, lead, and sustain growth.
Today, I work with small business owners who are great at what they do but feel stuck in the day to day. My job is to help you build a business that runs on a plan your team can follow, not constant owner intervention.

A Few Things You Might Not Know About Me
Scoutmaster for more than ten years. Mentored six scouts to Eagle rank, including both of my sons.
Built several custom cars, including a 1927 Ford, a 1934 Ford, and a 1991 MR2 with a high school race team that won their division.
My wife and I share our home with three rescue dogs, a husky and two labs who keep us busy and laughing.
